Stator cooling fins
Manifold → muffler → outlet
The assembly was converted from UAVHE Reference – Assembly (09.10.26).stp. Component positions and part geometry are retained; surfaces are tessellated for browser rendering.
Right-side intake slots → receiver → turbine impeller → controller heatsink plate → generator coils → rotary engine stator fins → exhaust manifold → around the muffler canister → left-side exhaust outlet. A dense orange exhaust jet leaves the muffler outlet. The surrounding cooling air curls into the exhaust, and the combined stream expands into a pale plume downstream. Colors distinguish the exhaust core and mixed flow; the plume shows the prescribed mixing path. The impeller rotates around its shaft; Pause and Animation speed control both the impeller and airflow.
Streamlines follow prescribed control points. They are not derived from a Navier–Stokes solution and may intersect solid parts. The color scale tracks relative heat gain along the path; temperatures, pressure losses and cooling performance are not calculated.
The controller plate and generator coils are not separately named in the supplied STEP assembly. Their functional zones were identified from the engine geometry. Sides are named looking forward toward the nose: the right (starboard) side is the cold-air intake, and the left (port) side is the mixed exhaust outlet. Cold air enters the four slots on the right, on the UR Generator Air Receiver side along −X in the source assembly, then collects in the receiver and turns toward the turbine impeller. The muffler and mixed outlet are on the opposite side, along +X. The Top preset shows the nose pointing up. Slot positions follow sections of the original fuselage geometry. Confirm the functional heating zones before using them for engineering analysis.
